Birmanie : au moins 20 morts après le bombardement d'un festival par l'armée

L'armée birmane a bombardé un festival qui marquait la fin du carême bouddhiste dans le centre du pays. Selon Amnesty International, ce bombardement a provoqué la mort d'au moins 20 personnes.
